This encourages native animals and birds to visit and live amongst the units set on several acres. With their managers on site and their relaxing setting you are sure to have an enjoyable stay.
Avoca Beach is a beautiful golden sand beach over a kilometre in length stretching to North Avoca. The beach is patrolled all summer and has a rock pool below the surf club and Avoca Lake half way along the beach, both suitable for young children.

TerraceTerrace accommodation consists of 12 contemporary, spaciously designed Terraces. They are all two-storey and two-bedroom. Each terrace is fully self-contained with a full kitchen, bathroom, laundryfacilities and undercover car parking. The ground floor includes a kitchen, carpeted lounge and dining area, and a second toilet. The lounge opens onto a private north-easterly sundeck. Comfortable lounges, TVs, video players, natural gas heating and continuous hot water are great for a winter getaway. The kitchen is provided with cutlery and crockery as well as a dishwasher, microwave and natural gas cooking. Two bedrooms are located upstairs, both with built-in wardrobes. The main bedroom has a queen size bed, and the second bedroom has two single beds.Both bedrooms open onto private balconies to soak up the sun. The main bathroom with laundry is outfitted with a washing machine and clothes dryer, and located between the two bedrooms. Terrace units are ideally suited to couples and adult groups. VillaThere are 22 individual Villas, spaciously designed with high raked ceilings, these are ideal for groups, families and couples. All units are self contained with two bedrooms, full kitchen, bathroom and laundry, including washing machine and clothes dryer.The lounge area opens onto a wide balcony providing a peaceful, serene atmosphere to enjoy the wildlife.
