Gumnut Cottage

Located in Gumnut Grove directly opposite the resort swimming pool are the ever popular Gumnut Cottages. Sleeping six people, these modern air-conditioned cottages have two bedrooms, timber verandah, bathroom with separate toilet and a bath (ideal for small children).

Gumnut Family Villa

The centrally located Gumnut Family Villa has been completely renovated and offers a spacious open living area, modern appointments and is set in natural bush setting. This 2 bedroom villa also offers a large entertaining deck with an undercover parking space.

Gumnut Spa Villa or Sunset Loft

Gumnut Spa Villa: The ideally located Gumnut Spa Villa offers a functional open living area, modern appointments and is set in a natural bush setting. The two bedroom Villas also offer a bathroom with spa bath, laundry facilities and skylight. Sunset Loft: Our two bedroom lofts are set amongst native gardens and provide an upper level parents retreat with raked ceiling and a balcony overlooking the large family area. They provide two bedrooms, bathroom with bath and a unique comfortable experience for your next holiday.

Gumnut Villa

For guests seeking comfort and convenience, the Gumnut Villas are a popular choice. With quality white goods, two bedrooms, bathroom with a shower over bath, well sized living environment, a family barbecue close by and with easy access to the Entertainment Barn they make a great spot for families!

Palm Cottage

A comfortable, modern and attractively designed two bedroom cabin, with enough space to comfortably accommodate a family of six, overlooks the native palms and barbecue area. They offer quality fittings, spacious bathroom and complete kitchen!

Palm Treehouse

Enjoy a luxury "camping experience" in our sensational Palm Treehouse. The open pan Treehouse sits metres above the ground with canvas walls and overlooks lush natives and palms. The luxury "tent" is perfect for families wanting a "5 star" camping adventure without any hassle!

Palm Villa

Playground Cabin

Close to the beach and directly opposite the adventure playground, these cabins are a popular choice for those requiring affordable family accommodation. They have two bedrooms, air-conditioning, comfortable sitting area and some Playground Cabins have baths.

Powered Sites

Ocean Beach Holiday Park caters for camping, RVs and caravans with a range of sites only a short level stroll to the beach, amenities and Park facilities. The powered tent sites in the Sunnyside area are level, grassed and each site has a Camp Pad which allows the sand to filter through making your camping experience at Ocean Beach more pleasurable. Many of the sites also have a great view of the ocean. Caravan and RV sites are located in the centre of the park and are close to the beach and amenities buildings. They have a full concrete slab for your annex, car space and from most sites you are able to connect to our Foxtel channels at no extra charge.

Seabreeze Spa Villa

Book the ultimate in beachside holiday accommodation. The beautifully appointed, spacious and fresh Seabreeze Spa Villas offer resort quality just metres from the beach. They provide accommodation for up to eight people with three bedrooms, oval spa bath, large lounge, kitchen and dining area and are ideal for an extended family or even two families sharing.

Seabreeze Townhouse

The two bedroom Seabreeze Townhouse offers double storey accommodation close to the beachfront with large corner spa bath. Spacious and comfortable they are the perfect option for a family wanting luxury and quality.

Seabreeze Villa

Just a hop, skip and jump from the waters edge, the Seabreeze Villas are another 'top of the range' accommodation option. They feature three bedrooms, a bathroom and en suite, an extremely spacious dining and kitchen area opening out to an extensive verandah which provides you with all the modern luxuries to enjoy your next beach holiday.

Sunset Villa

Sunset Villas provide affordable and comfortable family accommodation. The two bedroom villas are air-conditioned, fully self-contained, most offer full size baths and have a generous verandah for relaxing and enjoying the natural surroundings.

Unpowered Sites (tents only)

Campers can pitch their tents on Sunnyside (below) and enjoy distant water views. Alternatively Riverside camping area is adjacent Mt Ettalong Creek with an abundance of birdlife and natives. Both camping areas are convenient to an amenities building and barbecue facilities.
