Firescreek Fruit Winery
Firescreek Fruit Winery is a small winery producing unique fruit wines. The winery is located next to the beautiful Fires Creek, in the Matcham Holgate Valley on the Central Coast of New South Wales and just a short 10 minutes from Terrigal.
You can experience the unique taste of their fruit wines in a friendly setting. Fruit wine is all about capturing the exciting array of flavours and fragrances of fruits, flowers and herbs. The range of wines is constantly changing so that visitors can sample new varieties. Some of the wines include; Fig and Date, Plum and Currant, Mango, Orange and Honeysuckle, Mint, Elderberry, Cherry and Cinnamon, their award winning Lime and Parsley, Rose petal, Lemon and
also Australian Rainforest fruits to name but a few!
Their Famous Firewater is made from a unique combination of local Sweet Oranges and Chilli. This has a genuine orange character, with zesty chilli, offering warmth without tears.
