Yarramalong Macadamia Nut Farm

With 1,000 trees set on 60 acres, this is the largest macadamia nut plantation south of the normal habitat of Northern NSW and Queensland. It is also the only native nut that is exported as a food and actually reduces cholesterol.

Yarramalong Macadamia Nut Farm is recognised as being the southernmost working macadamia nut farm in NSW and easily accessed from Sydney & Newcastle. An informative chat is given on the type of nuts available and the processes involved getting them from tree to table. Nuts are sold in their shell, roasted and chocolate coated.

No disabled facilities: Farm is set on a hillside so is unsuitable for wheelchairs.

Coaches are only able to negotiate part of the driveway.
