Glenworth Valley Horse Riding

One hour north of Sydney is Australia's largest and most spectacular horse riding centre, with 200 horses to choose from and 3,000 acres to explore.

At Glenworth Valley Horse Riding you can ride up to the natural rock pools for a swim or follow the river as it meanders its way through lush green valleys. Altogether there are 50 kilometres of unspoilt wilderness trails to explore, including ancient rainforest trails.

They offer both free range riding, where you go out on your own, or you can take a relaxing guided ride with one of their friendly guides to assist you.

Glenworth Valley Horse Riding's selection of 200 quality horses allows them to cater for all levels of riding ability, from nervous beginners right through to very advanced riders. All riders receive individual instruction before leaving the yards.

Rides leave seven days a week, departing at 10.00 a.m. and 2.00 p.m. on weekdays, or 9.30 a.m., midday and 2.00 p.m. on weekends and public holidays.

ATV quad bike tours, abseiling, kayaking, laser skirmish, bush walking, riverside camping as well as barbecue and picnic areas are also available on the property. See the operator's web site for further details.
