Toowoon Bay

Located just a five minute drive south-east of The Entrance, Toowoon Bay is one of the Central Coast's best kept secrets.

It offers a picturesque horseshoe-shaped protected beach that is great for families, but bathers should be careful of currents near the rocks at the southern end. The bay area is popular for windsurfing and the beach occasionally gets some good swell.

The beach is located adjacent to a picnic reserve with shelters, open grassed areas and a children's playground and there are a few shops nearby offering some good dining options.

There is ample parking and nearby accommodation includes caravan and cabin parks, holiday houses and luxury bed and breakfasts. Buses are also available from Wyong train station.
