Zoofari Lodge
Zoofari Lodge consists of a series of African-style tented luxury lodges with en suite facilities and heated floor tiles and a stunning Main House designed with a strong African influence. The Main House includes a fully licensed restaurant and bar, lounge area, library and saltwater swimming pool.
The 12 individual lodges, located just a few steps from a huge savannah where several species of African animals roam, consist of two styles – Savannah and Serengeti. The Savannah Lodges comfortably sleep four people, while the Serengeti Lodges sleep six.
The Zoofari Lodge packages include two-day zoo admission and three exclusive, face-to-face encounters with exotic and endangered animals.
The three tours, led by experienced guides and conducted in the comfort of an air-conditioned mini coach, provide a magical opportunity to get close, really close, to some wonderful creatures. Thanks to the special knowledge of Zoofari guides, guests get to know the animals’ individual personalities and learn all about the history and habitat of these amazing creatures.
Zoofari Lodge is located within the grounds of Taronga Western Plains Zoo in Dubbo, Central West NSW.
If you never go to Africa on a safari, this is as good as it gets!
