Located ten minutes from the Bathurst central business district, "Dinta Glen" offers the best of both worlds - a rustic country bungalow of Log and Stone, nestled in bushland, with an established garden abundant in Native Plants and Birdlife. Extensive walks are available, the use of a tennis court, and we have our own in ground saltwater swimming pool.
Controlled Dogs are Welcome, and with an Open Fireplace and bottomless cup of coffee, we can provide an evening meal, or lunch if required.
We offer Senior Card Discount, Powered site if necessary, and are Kid, Pet and Wheelchair Friendly.
The emphasis is on tranquillity, Relaxation is the Key and Historic Bathurst has a lot to Interest, Amuse, and Entertain You.
Bathurst is an education City housing the Head Campus of Charles Sturt University, two TAFE Colleges, five Private Boarding Schools, two High Schools and eleven General Public Schools. Being Australia's oldest Inland City there are many Historic sites, interesting surrounding farmland, quaint historic villages, and country side, and of course the famous car racing track - Mount Panorama.
Bathurst is also noted for the Horse Industry having the Turf Club hold 15 meetings per year at Tyers Park, the Trotting club hold 36 meetings per year at the showground and the Show Society holding the Royal Bathurst Show in May.
"Dinta Glen" is five minutes drive from all of these venues, and the Macquarie River which has a lengthy, picturesque, meandering walking trail.
All pets are welcome and we have substantial facilities. For the horse enthusiast; good stables, a full size dressage arena, a round yard, and access to pleasant riding trails.
