Camp Cypress provides an ideal accommodation and camping venue especially for bird watching groups who regularly explore the local bird routes of Baradine and the Pilliga Forest. Located 45 km north-west from Coonabarabran and the Newell Highway, Camp Cypress is situated on 75 hectares of open woodland at the Baradine showground and old racecourse, and only 1.5 km - 2 km from town services and sporting facilities.
Choose from four comfortable cabins or a backpacker-style bunkhouse.
Camp Cypress also has 20 powered caravan/camp sites and unlimited space for general camping.
Camp Cypress has a full commercial kitchen and an air-conditioned dining room capable of catering for groups as well as large functions for up to 150 guests. Training facilities are also available.
