Binnawee Olives
The olive groves at Binnawee are situated adjacent to the historic, National trust listed 1850s homestead, on part of the original land grant of 976 acres to George Henry Cox circa 1834.
Oils from the early harvest at Binnawee Olives will add zesty flavour to salads, soups and Mediterranean cuisine drizzle on pasta and dip crusty bread.
Late harvest at Binnawee Olives produces milder oil for cooking, when added flavours are not required from the olives.
You will find that the oils are available to be purchased at the Mudgee Visitor Information Centre. For further information and sales please phone them.
