Cottesbrook Honey is a hive of activity and it’s just not the Parkers but also their many buzzing employees ….the bees.
Situated just between Bathurst and Blayney this wonderful business keeps producing the liquid gold and sells to many retailers in the district and beyond. David and Tracey also frequent local Farmers Markets and have a stall at their property if ever travelling the road to Cowra.
Beeswax is another offshoot of their business and they get to supply it to a craftsperson who makes candles for cathedrals in Australia.
