Exquisite wines from the hillside vineyards near Templer's Mill, the birthplace of Banjo Paterson.

Since 1977 Templer's Mill Wines have been producing varietal wines including Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Shiraz, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon.

The 20 hectare vineyard at the UnivCharles Sturt University, Orange Campus is a key enterprise within the Faculty of Rural Managment, that is also used for viticulture management education and research.
