Situated on 160 acres, you can wander the paddocks and timbered areas around Unwarrabin Creek as it meanders across the property. If you’d like the owners can teach you how to harness and long-rein their beautiful prize winning Clydesdale horses or you may enjoy a horse drawn cart ride. A short stroll away you can take a dip in the beautiful Williams River or use one or the kayaks to explore or catch a few bass, why not take a drive through classic rural towns, or take a daytrip to the and to Barrington Tops.

If you feel energetic, you are welcome to help them with farm activities such as handfeeding the Angus cattle and their new babies. The Clydesdales love your attention from a simple pat to a carrot or two and a big cuddle, Our guest are at first are amazed by the size of our horse but soon learn they are true gentle giants. Stuart just love to spend time explain the breed and the history behind the Clydesdale horse. If you wish you can just relax and take in the beautiful views of the nearby Barringtons or enjoy the "best" Sunsets in the world from your private veranda.

The cottage is on a 160 acre farm. It has two private double bedrooms, each with queen size beds and private ensuites. It is superbly appointed with air-conditioning for your comfort, has a romantic wood-fire for the chilly nights, is beautifully furnished, and has a fully fitted-out kitchen. It is self-catering so there is no need to bring anything except your major food items. They include in their tariff full country breakfast provisions, fresh for each morning of your stay. There is also a barbecue on the verandah, and all linen and towels are supplied. The cottage is great for couples or families.
