Family owned and operated, the resort is nestled within 40 year old vineyards and includes the Hunter Wine Theatre, Hunter Valley Wine School, Wine Tasting Cellars and Winery, Bluetongue Brewery Cafe, San Martino Restaurant and Wine Bar and the Heavenly Hunter Massage Centre.

All guest rooms feature timber cathedral ceilings, queen-size beds and the rooms open out onto the vineyard with views over the surrounding Brokenback Ranges. There are also suites that include double spa bath and a kitchenette.

Onsite facilities include a fleet of mountain bikes, a large swimming pool with separate children's wading pool, heated spa, walking and jogging tracks.
