Tucked away on the fringe of New South Wales Hunter Valley is Piggs Peake Winery, the most exciting and innovative boutique wineries in Australia.
Piggs Peake Winery offers a range of wines include Shiraz, Semillon, & Chardonnay, Dessert styles (the Mother's Milk, Iswine, Suckling pig Zinfandel and the Pigbrusco) along with a range of fortified wines.
So, if you’re visiting the Hunter drop into Piggs Peake Winery, Steve is often conducting the tastings and you can discuss winemaking and styles with him (or you can come in February/March to see how the wines are made).
