Bimbadgen Estate
Bimbadgen Estate Winery is dedicated to the art of wine and is a two hour's drive north-west of Sydney in the picturesque Hunter Valley. It offers a very special experience, with quality wines grown from 30-year-old vineyards and produced in open plan winemaking facilities, all of which you can see on your visit.
The winery itself is a reflection of the commitment to quality Hunter Valley wines that is renowned around the world. No expense has been spared in acquiring state-of-the-art wine-making technology, combined with the finest grapes and the best French and American barrels that produce very special regional wines.
Bimbadgen has a large amphitheatre, which is located next to the Bell Tower, a distinctive design feature of the vineyard. The amphitheatre hosts several musical events throughout the year, including 'A Day on the Green'.
Esca Bimbadgen is awarding wining restaurant is situated overlooking the magnificent views over the Estate's Vineyards and offers fresh, modern Australian cuisine. Bimbadgen Bar Espresso is a new cafe style dining, just outside the Cellar Door, offers light meals, coffee and over 20 Bimbadgen wines by the glass or bottle to enjoy in the alfresco dining setting.
