Peterson House’s aim is to give our visitors a unique experience in the specialized field of Sparkling Winemaking. Our experienced sales staff will welcome you, offer a complimentary tasting at the bar and take you through the selection of premium sparkling wines available that have been made on site by the traditional methode champenoise system.
We welcome small tour groups by appointment only and we recommend for you to allow approximately 45mins.
Peterson House is a beautiful venue located at the gateway to the hunter vineyards at Pokolbin. Built from Gosford Quarry sandstone, with huge timbers originating from an old railway bridge and traditional corrigated iron roof, Peterson House is surrounded by charming vineyards, still ponds, vibrant cottage gardens and rolling hills.
For special occassions, whether a formal dinner function, wedding or a cocktail party, Peterson House provides a superb, unique place to bring your family, friends and colleages. Our staff are dedicated in providing the very best quality cuisine and friendly but attentive service. Your function will be professionally arranged, with a high standard of catering accompanied by exceptional wines. We cater for private lunches up to 90 guests.
