Situated on Tower Estate at Pokolbin in the heart of Australia’s Hunter Valley, Roberts Restaurant is the passion of award winning restauranteurs Robert and Sally Molines.
This unique and memorable dining experience has a reputation as the Hunter Valley’s finest. Roberts’ location amongst the vineyards in a National Trust slab dated circa 1876 cottage filled with rustic antiques offers charm, elegance and a sense of history.
The style of cuisine is traditional country fare – modern French with northern Italian influences, utilising the fresh seasonal produce on a ‘discovery menu’ that reflects Roberts constant innovation.
The wine list offers a choice of wines from all over Australia and around the world, and naturally features Tower Estate’s own ‘limited edition’ wines.
