Small Winemakers Centre
The Small Winemakers Centre is for those who prefer tasting prestige wines from the smaller hidden wineries, without driving all over the Hunter.
Compare the varieties from the pick of each winery such as chardonnay, semillon, shiraz, cabernet sauvignon and late harvest wines whilst sampling the
fresh local pecan nuts supplies with tastings.
Also in the complex is the Australian Regional Food Store and Cafe; serves lunch every day and offer a tasting area, stocks an impressive range of Australian farmhouse cheeses, gourmet olives and other picnic goodies which can be enjoyed in the leafy pergola outside.
