A great wine begins in the vineyard. The vineyard is located on land originally granted to Napoleonic War veterans in the 1830s, which become renowned for its horticultural produce.
Since the land was purchased in the early 1900s, it has remained in the family and been farmed for five generations!
The family’s vision for the vineyard is to produce premium quality fruit through sustainable viticulture – there are no insecticides used and only organically-approved fungicides.
