Cessnock Golf Club
The Oaks Golf and Country Club is nestled in a bushland setting surrounded by the beauty of the Hunter Valley vineyards and majesty of the Watagan and Brokenback Ranges.
Our 18 hole championship course plays host, each October, to Australia’s most prestigious junior golf event, The Jack Newton International Junior Classic. A fully licensed clubhouse overlooks this magnificent 18 hole championship rated golf course.
Competition golf for members is on every Saturday. Time slots are available by ringing the Pro Shop on 02 4990 6703 and talking to Kieran McMahon.
Ladies competition is played each Wednesday.
Veterans play each Thursday.
Visitors are always most welcome, and we have allowed plenty of room in our competitions, but bookings are advisable.
