Homebush/Parramatta Balloon FlightsWeekday flights over the Homebush and Parramatta areas of western Sydney have a convenient meeting point at Old Government House within the grounds of Parramatta Park. Their flying area ranges from take-off sites at Homebush through to the Penrith Valley. Views from their city flights include the iconic Sydney skyline glistening at your feet silhouetted by the morning's sun. Or you might float down the Nepean River at the height of the tree tops, then, seamlessly ascend to 4000 feet taking in breathtaking views of the Blue Mountains and the Nepean Gorge. After a flight briefing, passengers are transported to the chosen launch site for the day. This can be anywhere in the valley depending on the direction the wind is blowing.
