North Beach Precinct
This beach has everything a family could desire - rock pools, wading areas, good surf, grass, shade, barbecue, picnic booths and there is also free parking. The beach is located close to a children's playground, shops and cafes. The Lifeguards are housed in the heritage listed Bathing Pavilion, as is the adjacent kiosk.
Wollongong City Beach is located in the heart of the city this beach offers views to the North of the lighthouse on Flag Staff Point and to the south, the hard working steelmills of BHP.
