Our boutique one bedroom apartments offer all modern conveniences to ensure that you holiday in comfort and style. Built in a romantic, colonial style with tropical decor you have the luxury of holidaying in the casual elegance of a bygone era. Located centrally to shops, restaurants, beaches, walks and tours.
We are the closest lodge to popular Neds Beach only a two minutes stroll through beautiful Palm Groves and the largest Banyan tree on the north end of the island. We specialise in privacy, catering for a maximum of 12 guests on three acre property. Tropical gardens fill your view from your front veranda and bedroom balcony.
Your hosts are Gary and Diane Owens, great, great grand daughter of Boque, one of the Islands original settlers from Abemama Island.

Garden UnitWe have six one bedroom Garden apartments that are fully self-contained with full kitchens , all utensils (microwave) , dining & lounge room , cane furniture , TV with up to 8 channels , DVD/CD player , free wireless internet , (backgammon & cards) & ceiling fan . They have a separate bedroom with a queen and single bed, electric blankets, ceiling fan, clock radio, roll away oil heater and en suite bathroom. All linen is supplied along with beach towels, backpack, torch / umbrellas, hair dryer & in room ironing facilities. You have a sundeck off your bedroom & a private colonial style veranda with table & chairs off your front lounge. Palm UnitOne Palm Unit This is a small Hotel style studio unit with a small kitchenette in the same room as the queen bed and dining table. The kitchenette has adequate facilities (fridge, toaster, kettle, and microwave and sandwich toaster) for preparing breakfast and lunch though is not ideally suited for evening cooking. It has a queen bed only in this unit along with television , with up to 8 channels , DVD/CD player, free wireless internet , (Backgammon & cards), electric blanket , fan , clock radio, roll away oil heater & en suite bathroom . All linen is supplied along with beach towels, backpack, torch / umbrellas, hair dryer and in room ironing facilities. This unit does not have a veranda or ceiling fan (pedestal fan only). Two Bedroom UnitOur Palm unit has an interconnecting door into one of the garden units and if requested to be opened up , will make a two bedroom , two bathroom, twoTV/DVD/CD player unit . To price this two bedroom unit add together the price of the Palm unit and the price of the Garden unit for the dates required . | |
