Pioneer Cemetery Uralla

The Pioneer Cemetery (old Uralla Cemetery) was used between the 1850's and 1930's. The cemetery contains the graves of many early pioneers including
the Captain Thunderbolt. The grave and headstone which was erected as a memory this notorious bushranger is clearly marked. The pioneer cemetery is seeped in history, many of the earlier headstones, have wooden plaques or crosses which over time have rotted away and so while the grave yard is
completely full, it does not look so.
