Cumbo Gunnerah Gallery and Keeping Place

Cumbo Gunnerah was the legendary warrior and wise leader of the Gunn-e-darr people of the Kamilaroi Tribe. This gallery is of special significance for the Aboriginal people of the district and houses stone artefacts, carved trees, weapons, shields and utensils.

Visitors should allocate 40 minutes to enjoy this gallery.

The gallery welcomes coaches. Facilities include toilets and disabled access. Morning teas are available with prior arrangement.
