'Banksia' CottageBanksia Cottage is located in bushland about 200 metres from the pool, tennis court and office. Disabled access and facilities are provided in this cottage which looks out over a small fenced paddock for the convenience of those who may have brought a horse with them. The cottage has one bedroom with queen bed, large bathroom and laundry with automatic washing machine. The bathroom is fitted with handrails and other facilities to assist the disabled. The kitchen is fully equipped with every facility to make meal preparation easier and includes large fridge/freezer, upright stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher as well as all plates, cutlery, saucepans, bowls, toaster, sandwich maker, etc. The living room has a sofa bed, dinning setting, wood fire heater and TV unit including Austar Satellite TV and DVD/CD player. The cottage has reverse cycle air-conditioning and dedicated data compatible phone line (i.e. no switchboard). A car parking area is adjacent to the cottage and is connected by a ramp leading to the deck. A second car parking area is also provided beside the cottage for the parking of a trailer or horse float. The large timber deck has a built-in gas BBQ, sun lounge, BBQ furniture and large heated spa pool which takes up to 5 people. Fluffy bathrobes are supplied as well as all towels, linen, blankets and pillows.
