Old Bar Beach

Old Bar is a beautiful seaside village just 12 kilometre's from the freeway and 15 minutes from Taree. Located at the southern entrance to the majestic Manning River, Old Bar is perfect for the outdoor enthusiast who enjoys secluded beaches, open waterways and National Park walks. Old Bar also has fantastic surfing, kite boarding and fishing locations.

The main beach is patrolled in summer, and there are some amazing saltwater lagoons for young families. Make sure to come along to the Old Bar Beach Festival held over the October long weekend -located right next to the heritage listed airstrip. The festival is best known for the annual Kombi world record attempt, air shows, live music, a kitesurfing expression session and more.
