Surf Lessons - Two HoursIf you have always wanted to try it, come on. Book in today, for your introductory lesson you will love it!! Lessons are run daily but you will need to book your lesson before arriving at the beach. Beginners: Reading surf conditions – Wave zone negotiation. Identifying dangerous situations (rips and currents). Basic fitness for surfing – Wiping out safely. Correct paddling technique - Catching white water waves.
