This beautiful Federation Home, built in 1905 is situated only two blocks from the main shopping area of Grafton. It was named "The Rosary" by the Hockey Family, who at the time owned the land surrounding it, and established magnificent rose gardens, which were opened to the public for viewing. It is a spacious and friendly home. The gardens are warm and friendly, with barbecue areas, swimming pool, and shady areas to relax.
