This great beach house is a four bedroom split level beach-house directly opposite New Brighton Beach with a pathway leading to the beach/surf. There is a large deck overlooking the sand dunes.
The spacious living area has one bathroom upstairs with a large self-contained downstairs area with an extra shower and toilet and single lock up garage. It’s nicely furnished throughout with a microwave, television, DVD, compact disc player, stereo system, washing machine, electric barbecue; also a Teppenyaki barbecue and a fully fenced back yard.
No linen provided. Sleeps 12; upstairs bedroom one contains one queen bed, bedroom two contains three single beds, bedroom three contains one queen bed and one single bed and the downstairs bedroom one contains one queen bed and one set of bunk beds.
