This two storey beach house has been beautifully renovated and furnished; ideal for two small families or offering a great amount of living space for just one! Upstairs features living spaces and the three bedrooms. There is a north facing lounge area flowing out onto an enclosed verandah and at the southern end of the house is a great dining area flowing out onto a deck complete with barbecue.
Downstairs there is another spacious rumpus/living room with TV - perfect for the kids or an adult retreat...and an extra bathroom for when you get back from the beach.
A fantastic home for a great north coast beach holiday! Across the road you have the Clarkes Beach Café and the lovely main beach of Byron where you can take an easy 10 minute stroll into town or walk along the beaches to Wategos and Byron’s Lighthouse.
There is off street parking at the rear or a garage under the house.
This lovely home is suitable for a maximum of six adults.
Linen is supplied, all you need to bring is your beach towels.
A Security Deposit is required for this property.
