The units are situated approximately one minute walk to Sedgers Reef Hotel and the Clarence River and around five minute walk to the Iluka Bowls Club. Perfect for the family holiday.

Unit 3Unit 3 has two bedrooms one with a queen size bed and the other with two three quarter beds. Completely self-contained, all linen is provided unless one prefers to bring their own. The unit has a colour TV, full size refrigerator/ freezer, microwave, four plate stove, large oven and all cooking and cutlery. A barbecue is provided and common laundry with two large automatic washing machines and coin operated dryer. Kitchen, dinning and lounge. Ample parking also provided. A cleaning fee $25.00 is applicable unless unit is left as it is found. Unit 4Unit 4 has 2 bedrooms one with a queen bed and the other with a double bed and three quarter bed (Sleeps 5 only). Completely self-contained, all linen is provided unless one prefers to bring their own. The unit has a colour TV, full size refrigerator/ freezer, Microwave, four plate stove, large oven and all cooking and cutlery.
