Glenreagh Mountain Railway Inc
The Glenreagh Mountain Inc offers a train ride on a 1919 class steam engine, which was built in Manchester in England in 1878 and operated on the Glenreagh/Dorrogo line in the 1950's, it has been restored along with a collection of heritage carriages and the train ride is available for the first couple of kilometres of the line . This ride provides an excellent scenic view of the Glenreagh area and shows apart of its history. Tram rides on Rusty the Melbourne Tran are available as well. Both are on the same line at the moment. You can go one way on the Train and back on the Tram.
The Glenreagh Mmarkets are held on the 1st Saturday of the month. Perfect day out for the family enjoy a stroll through the Market Stalls and then a relaxing ride on the Train.
