Enjoy a delicious lunch at the Crystal Castle, whilst enjoying breathtaking, panoramic views from the lotus café. Explore charming the town of Bangalow. Enjoy the taste of local Macadamias and local coffee.

Hinterland Eco Tour

Join us on a journey through the magnificent hinterland of the Northern Rivers NSW. Take a walk amongst the gum trees to look for that great Australian icon the Koala (sightings guaranteed). Visit Gunnawannabe (Aboriginal café and learning centre), have a chat with Mick and Thelma whilst trying some bush tea and damper (not included in price). Then we head off to Nimbin for a walk around the streets to check out the shops, visit the infamous Nimbin Museum and have some lunch (not included in price). We will continue on towards Nightcap National Park. Take a stroll in the rainforest and see the amazing Minyon Falls overlooking an amazing Rainforest valley.

Nightcap Night Vision Walks

Imagine exploring the Australian rainforest at night, searching for nocturnal wildlife without disturbing them with a torch? Arguably one of the best uses for military technology found to date. Join us on this truly unique experience. Use Night Vision Goggles to observe Australia's nocturnal animals in their natural habitat, see a constellation of glow worms and after your walk enjoy a hot chocolate at the top of Minyon Falls gazing up at the starry night. Heaven! We usually see 5-20 animals, typically Possum, Pademelon, Bandicoot, Tawny Frogmouth, Frog, Bat and Bush Rat. Occasionally we see Koala, Fawn-Footed Melomys, Leaf-Tailed Gecko and Owl. Our Night Vision Bushwalk is a truly unique experience - the only one of its kind in the world! Walk Days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday Duration: Approximately four hours (one hour walking) Who can go: Anyone over 10 years old who can walk for one to two kilometres without help. Minimum two people and maximum ten people.

Rainforest Day Walk

Minyon Falls and the untouched Minyon valley makes you feel like you have gone back in time to when dinosaurs roamed the earth. The valley with its ancient rainforest vegetation gives it all a very 'Jurassic Park' feel. Minyon Falls are awesome as they rise over 100 metre out of the rainforest, towards the sky. It's magical! All this is on the doorstep of Byron Bay, NSW. Join us on a four hour (eight kilometres) walk through beautiful brush box rainforest to experience two amazing waterfalls Condong Falls and Minyon Falls, on your way see magnificent Strangler Figs, Bangalow Palms and Helmholtzia Lily and have lunch at the Minyon Falls plunge pool. Moderate walk includes some hills. BYO lunch and water. Walk days: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Sunday. Other days can be arranged, just give us a call. Who can go: Over 10 years of age - who can walk for five kilometres without help. Minimum two people and maximum ten people.
