Welcome to Australia's Ballooning Paradise. It is, according to our chief pilot Chris Dewhirst, Australia's most decorated balloon pilot, and first to ever fly a hot air balloon over Mt Everest, simply 'the best place to balloon in Australia'. We offer daily sunrise flights; the flight is one hour, the whole experience takes about four hours.
Rising out of the misty morning to drift dreamily through sunrise skies, you will be overcome by the beauty of the 'rainbow region'. Soaring majestically over an ever changing terrain stretching out endlessly underneath, you will enjoy a bird’s eye view of Byron's famous headland and beaches, the massive volcanic rim surrounding Mt Warning, and far beyond the Great Dividing Range. Included are a traditional Champagne breakfast and a commemorative flight certificate.

One Hour FlightFlights run daily, weather dependant (too wet or windy then we don't fly). The take-off location and flight path varies, however we always meet at Tyagarah Airstrip an hour before sunrise. The whole experience takes two to three hours; with travel to and from the launch site and inflating the balloon, the flight itself is one hour in duration.
