Mount Wood Shearers Quarters
Located in Sturt National Park, the Mount Wood Shearer's Quarters provide an excellent alternative to camping. Originally built for shearers working on what was once a pastoral property, the quarter’s offer bunk-style accommodation. They are located in a beautiful part of the park and only a 20 minute drive from the town of Tibooburra. Bathroom and kitchen facilities are shared with other guests and you need to bring your own linen.
Bookings are required and can be made at the National Parks Visitor Centre in Tibooburra.
