Culgoa National Park

Culgoa National Park is 22,006 hectares in size and is located on the Upper Culgoa Floodplain, north of Brewarrina and Bourke on the Queensland Border.

The Culgoa National Park is one of the least disturbed floodplains in NSW. Aboriginal sites are common throughout the park, including scarred trees, clay hearths and stone flake scatterings.

Activities available include bushwalking, camping, bird watching and photography. Canoeing and Boating are also available at times when the Culgoa River flows.

Culgoa National Park is only 1 1/2 hours drive from Lightning Ridge and 2 hours drive from Bourke.
