Enjoy the real outback in their Cobb & Co coach drawn by two magnificent Clydesdales or take a trail ride on horseback through the bush. Come out and help harness the horses, hitch them up, then off for a leisurely ride and a bit of the history of Cobb & Co and a few yarns.
They also provide horse riding lessons and Shetland pony rides. Come and enjoy a great day out for all the family of all ages.
The coaches are also available for private hire and special functions, weddings, proms, parties and conventions. A coach ride can be catered to suit your needs.

1 Hour Coach RideTakes passengers on a leisurely horse coach ride through some of Broken Hill's streets to White's Mineral & Mining Museum for an exciting tour that delves into the rich mining history of Broken Hill. Many mining tools and other artifacts are on display. There's also an array of artworks created with crushed minerals and a doll museum. Afterwards you will head back to Picton Plants. Half hour rideThis horse coach ride takes passengers to the Turks Attack Site and return. At the beginning of the First World War two Broken Hill citizens from the Middle East felt compelled to fraternize with the Turks and attacked a Picnic Train returning from Silverton. Several people died until they were hunted down and killed in a shoot-out. This was the only attack during World War I on Australian soil. Sunset DriveThe 2 Hour Sunset Drive takes passengers on a horse coach through some of Broken Hill's streets and out north on the road to Silverton to visit the Quandong farm where products like Quandong jam can be purchased. Afterwards the coach will head back to the Picton Sales yard. An optional 3 hour tour including BBQ lunch is also available. Needs at least 6 people to go. | |
