Originally built for the Victorian Government as a work boat in 1912, the Melbourne was restored to a passenger carrying steamer in 1965. Over 35 years continuous cruise service at Mildura. Most Cruises through the Lock with expert commentary. Daily two hour 'historical' cruise aboard a steam driven Paddle Steamer through Lock 11. Daily from Mildura Wharf Morning Cruise leaves at 10.50am and returns at 1.00pm.
