Black Stump Hotel

The Black Stump Hotel was built in 1926 on the original Cobb & Co Route from Carrathool. The Hotel is named after the Black Stump Legend of Mrs Barbara Blain, a bullocky's wife who was burnt to death.

Come and have a drink and get your free sticker at the highest bar and bar stools in Australia. Visitors can share a yarn or to with publican Sharon and the locals. The hotel offers home style meals and accommodation, and an open fire during the winter.
