Sturts Marked Tree

The bronze plaque on Sturts Marked Tree indicates the trail taken by
Captain Charles Sturt on his epic journey down the Murrumbidgee River in 1829.

Located on level ground the plaque is below the marked tree just adjacent to
the parking area. There is pedestrian access to the Murrumbidgee River located
to the right of the marked tree.
