The wildbrumby schnapps distillery is a unique, boutique schnapps distillery located in the picturesque Thredbo Valley, halfway between Jindabyne and Thredbo on the Alpine Way.
wildbrumby produces pure Australian schnapps from locally sourced fruit. The 20 acre property features a cellar door and fully licensed cafe, art gallery, studio and working raspberry farm.
Come and see the beautiful brass distilling equipment from Germany and try out some of the schnapps made on site, such as: pink lady apple, pear william, peach, butterscotch or the hot chilli schnapps.
The wildbrumby schnapps distillery is an ideal place to stop for a tasting, coffee and yummy continental cakes or lunch. There's a selection of wines and wiess beer on tap too.
