Picture yourself sitting on the upper beachfront deck, watching the waves rolling onto Gannet Beach! The sound of breaking waves reaches your ears as you watch night fall and the lighthouse on Brush Island begin its search into the night for the passing ships. Perhaps the dolphins are feeding on the reef just below you. Paradise? Your hosts Kay & Dieter think so. That's why they decided after spending 14 years of holidays here, to share their secret with the discerning traveller, stressed professional, or simply those who enjoy a pristine, natural coastal environment. Enjoy the magnificent and uninterrupted views to Brush Island and Bawley Point's beaches from the house's vantage point on the Juwin Headland.
Beaches B&B is an individually designed purpose built home catering for two couples on the upper level. There is a private external staircase for guests' use if they so desire. Both rooms have queen beds, en suite and tea/coffee making facilities. The upper lounge area and TV/card room are for the exclusive use of our guests during their stay.
On the ground floor a double room with a private bathroom close by is available and includes facilities for guests with a disability.
A delicious breakfast is served at the large glass table in the lower dining area whilst you absorb the sights and sounds of the sea. Should you wish to go for a swim, stroll along the beaches, fish or snorkel simply walk from the garden down a path for 60 metres and you will find yourself on the rocks or beach.

Brush Island RoomFirst Floor The "Brush Island Room" has queen size beds and private facilities and are named after the views they take in. The living room and study provide you with areas where you can read, play a game of cards, or simply let your senses absorb the sights and sounds of the ocean. Garden RoomGround Floor The "Garden Room" is a single bedroom with disabled facility. The lower living area is a great place, after a brisk winter's walk to sit and relax by log fires whilst watching the breakers pounding on the rocks below. Pigeon House RoomFirst Floor The "Pigeon House Room" has queen size beds and private facilities and are named after the views they take in.
