Camel Rock
Camel Rock is known for the large rock formation at the end of a sweeping surf beach.
This incredibly life-like rock has the appearance of a sleeping camel.
The abundance of small coloured stones in the many rock pools at the base of Camel Rock is of interest to visitors and a special joy for children.
It is only accessible by walking along the beach.
Just 50 metres further on is a natural rock arch known as Horse Head.
There is excellent beach fishing and there are also picnic tables, barbecues and toilets in Lions Park just 50 metres from the beach.
