Coomee Nulunga Cultural Trail

The Coomee Nulunga Cultural Trail travels through low windswept heath,
capturing a living sculpture by the moods and breezes of the Pacific Ocean.

The sculpture of Corroboree Man, Bulan Yuin welcomes all to the trail.

Throughout the trail, many Garawanda Daran (Dreaming Poles) have been
positioned. The Dreaming Poles depict the many species of flora and fauna
found in this area and each pole has the Aboriginal name of the flora or fauna displayed.

The trail eventually makes its way to the beach, winding through the last
contours in the way of the Rainbow Serpent, the creator in Aboriginal
Dreamtime stories.

Guided walks are provided by the local Land Council and take between 30 and 40
minutes.
