It a new two bedroom 65 square meter apartment suitable for four people. Bedroom one has a queen bed and bedroom two has two single beds. It has a kitchen/dining area with oven, cook top, microwave, fridge, table and chairs. This room also has a settee and TV and opens out onto a fenced courtyard with table chairs and barbecue. There is small separate television room. It has wireless internet access if you bring your own laptop with wireless card. There is also a laundry available for your use. It does not have beach views, but it is only a 5 minute walk to the beach. There are no roads to cross to get to the beach, you just walk down the road past about 5 houses then you are on a large grassy reserve (great to kick a ball on) it has a young children's play park with swings and slippery dip. You walk across this reserve to the beach. There is street parking. The top floor of this house is a self-contained three bedroom apartment, the top and ground floor of this house can be rented together for a large family or a couple of families.
