The two bedrooms upstairs sleep four adults comfortably or the sofa bed downstairs provides another option. All linen is included and breakfast provisions
are provided. The house is fully self-contained with complete kitchen and laundry, making Chloe's Bed and Breakfast the perfect accommodation for people
travelling with or without children or for an extended business trip. A small home office, Internet, TV, DVD and HIFI are also provided for your
entertainment.
The property is non-smoking, although it is possible to smoke outside in the rear courtyard. The upstairs balcony provides another area to take time out of

The master bedroom has a king size bed or two single beds and the second bedroom offers a queen-size bed or two single beds. The downstairs sofa-bed with inner-spring mattress will sleep two children under the age of ten or one adult comfortably. Downstairs living areas include the lounge room and dining room with dining capacity for six. TV, Stereo, DVD and small home office with Internet and local telephone. The house offers a complete kitchen and laundry with oven, refrigerator and microwave, washing machine and dryer. The outside areas include a small courtyard at the rear of the house and an upstairs balcony off the master bedroom. | |
