Sydney Park
Sydney Park in St Peters is a perfect stop for people wishing to give their dog space to run or to teach their children how to ride a bike in a safe road traffic road teaching area.
The park also has an innovative all-abilities playground, lakes, a sports oval, and a wetlands boardwalk. It hosts a number of community events throughout the year.
Sydney Park is off-leash at all times apart from the wetlands area, Alan Davidson Oval and the CARES facility.
It’s build on what was once one of Sydney’s largest quarries, and the brick work stacks from that time still dominate the horizon at the end of King Street, Newtown.
