    Your informative and knowledgeable guide will collect you from your Sydney hotel as we commence our small group journey to the heart of a unique World Heritage Region. You head out of the city and reach Featherdale Wildlife Park before any other tourists, enjoying their exclusive Breakfast with the Koalas as well as meeting all the native Australian animals here. Continuing on, you head up through the northern section of the Blue Mountains National Park, stopping at a number of spots for short walks to enjoy the stunning views of these remote regions and learn about the flora. Your lunch destination is a historic hotel in the heart of the Blue Mountains, where you relax to enjoy the delicious food. You then continue to view more scenery before arriving at Scenic World, home of the worlds steepest incline railway. Enjoy uninterrupted views of the Three Sisters and a walk through the rainforest, before you are delivered to your accommodation to enjoy the afternoon and evening relaxing at leisure. In the morning, they will collect you at 8:30 a.m. and travel though the rural town of Richmond and Wollemi National Park to Putty. You visit a farm for Devonshire morning tea/coffee and scones before entering the Hunter Valley wine areas to enjoy tastings at boutique wineries and a gourmet lunch. They then deliver you to your accommodation to enjoy the afternoon and evening relaxing at leisure. In the morning there is more time to explore the Hunter Valley before being collected at approximately 1:30 to 2:00 p.m., to continue to the last winery which also combines hand made cheeses to match with the wines, and then finally to a chocolate shop to taste some unique flavours of the Hunter Valley. Explore the historic Rocks area, Circular Quay, Woolloomooloo, Kings Cross, Double Bay and Watsons Bay before stopping for at the Gap for spectacular views of Sydney Harbour from the heads. Continue down to the famous Bondi Beach, before heading back through Paddington to board your luxury 40ft cruiser. Departing from the Star City Wharf, you will cruise around Darling Harbour and under the famous Sydney Harbour Bridge, past the Rocks, Circular Quay, The Opera House, Farm Cove and Mrs. Macquarie's Chair. As you cruise leisurely, you'll see the traditionally wealthy suburbs of Sydney, with spectacular private homes and the national parks of Clarke and Shark Islands. You anchor in a lovely quiet beach surrounded by natural bushland. Enjoy a gourmet lunch including selection of seasonal seafood, cold cuts, salads, pasta, and bread along with premium Australian wine or beer.     Outback - Beyond the Black Stump

    Day 1: Sydney - Coolah Departing from the Sydney you head north through Denman and Cassilis on the way to Coolah Tops National Park. You enjoy the breathtaking forests, spellbinding waterfalls and views across the fertile Liverpool Plains. This evening you spend an evening with the farm owners at Baladonga, a 4500 acre sheep and cattle property where kangaroos, wallabies and emus roam freely on the farm, and learn about the country life. Day 2: Coolah - Coonamble This morning you depart Coolah and spend the day exploring the rugged beauty of one of New South Wales' favourite parks, Warrumbungle National Park. The next few days also provide a great chance to see native Australian animals in the wild, including kangaroos, koalas and wallabies. This afternoon you travel on unsealed roads to Coonamble, where you spend an evening with your hosts at Thurn, a working cattle station. Day 3: Coonamble - Mudgee You depart Coonamble and head to the Macquarie Marshes where prolific birdlife occupy the area year round. You then continue south east, travelling through Warren, Gilgandra and a stop at Dunedoo. Enjoy tasting some of the Mudgee regions premium wines before arriving at your overnight destination. Day 4: Mudgee - Sydney Today you depart Mudgee and cross the famous Blue Mountains, enjoying spectacular views in the heart of this unique World Heritage Region. Pause for uninterrupted views of the Three Sisters before heading down the southern section, stopping at Euroka Clearing to search for kangaroos in the wild, whilst enjoying a glass of chilled champagne or orange juice, arrive back in Sydney at about 6:00 p.m.

    Your informative and knowledgeable guide will collect you from your Sydney hotel, as we commence our private journey to the heart of a unique World Heritage Region. Our first stop is at a clearing called Euroka where we'll enjoy morning tea, before heading up further into the National Park for stunning views at Kings Tablelands whilst learning about the flora of the region. We continue onto Katoomba to join the attractions at Scenic World, home of the worlds steepest incline railway. Enjoy uninterrupted views of the Three Sisters and a walk through the rainforest, before heading onto lunch with views of mountains, cliff edges and lush rainforest valleys in the heart of the Blue Mountains. After lunch, we head to Wolgan Valley Resort & Spa, where you are met by their staff for an introduction to your Wolgan Valley experience. There is simply as much or as little as you would wish to do at Wolgan Valley Hotel & Spa. Enjoy a relaxing break and take advantage of the resort facilities - the Timeless Spa, sauna, steam rooms, or swimming pool are the perfect places to spend time relaxing. For the more energetic, there is the fully equipped gym or perhaps a game of tennis. Take a wildlife safari in a four wheel drive, or explore on foot; see the region from horseback or learn about Aboriginal culture. Star gaze or enjoy a picnic at a private location in the reserve. On the final morning, your guide will collect you from Wolgan Valley where we'll head to explore more great views, unique rock formations, deep canyons and ancient rainforests. Along the remote Bells Line of Road, we stop for lunch before continuing down through Richmond, returning to the city in the late afternoon.
